General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter, “the General Terms”) govern the access and use by the User of the Website www.hotelrealillescas.es (hereinafter, “the Website”). By accepting these General Terms, the User states:

  • That they assume all the obligations set forth herein.

The use of the Website attributes the status of Website User (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies the acceptance of all the terms included in these General Terms. The owner of the Website reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update of its contents and services; of these General Terms and, in general, of all elements that make up the design and configuration of the Website.

If you are at our establishment

A USER is considered to be any person who accesses or uses the WI-FI network. These terms of use regulate the access and use of the establishment’s WI-FI network. Both the access and use of this WI-FI network are exclusive to customers of the establishment, and if they voluntarily decide to be USERS of it, it necessarily implies the unreserved acceptance of said conditions. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use the service.

Prohibitions of use

The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the WI-FI network and, including but not limited to, not to use it for:

  • Engaging in illicit or illegal activities, or those contrary to good faith and public order.
  • Transmitting criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive content, apology for terrorism, or, in general, content contrary to the law or public order.
  • Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the establishment, its customers, or third parties; introducing or spreading computer viruses or other types of malware on the network; sending unsolicited messages (spam), macros, applets, ActiveX controls, or any other physical or logical systems susceptible to causing the aforementioned damages.
  • Hindering access for other Users to the service through massive consumption of resources.
  • Attempting to access and, where appropriate, use the digital or computer devices of other USERS both inside and outside this establishment without their consent.
  • Obtaining, modifying, sharing, copying, downloading, and/or disseminating any material that violates any law, including files without intellectual property rights, or resources protected by trade secrets or patents.
  • Commercial or illegal activities, and for profit-making purposes.

Risks derived from the use of the Wi-Fi network

The USER knows and accepts that there are potential risks when using a public WI-FI network.

According to information published on the website of the Internet User Information Office of the Spanish National Institute of Cybersecurity (https://www.osi.es/es/wifi-publica), the following should be taken into account:

  • It could happen that one of the connected users has advanced knowledge in networks and could use techniques to steal information from other users.
  • If we are going to connect, it is preferable to access a network with WPA or WPA2 security. Open networks and those with WEP security are completely insecure.
  • It is recommended to disable any synchronization process on our equipment if you are going to use a public network.
  • Always keep the equipment updated, with the antivirus correctly installed and, if possible, use a firewall.
  • Be cautious when browsing pages whose data is not encrypted (the URL does not start with HTTPS).
  • Do not log in (username/password) to any service while connected to a public network. Avoid conducting bank transactions, online shopping, or any other task involving the exchange of private data from public Wi-Fi networks.

After connection, delete the network data stored by our equipment.

Level of network performance

The ESTABLISHMENT OWNER does not guarantee that the WI-FI network will function regularly. The service may be unavailable or limited for any reason, whether due to emergencies, network problems, signal strength, or others.

The ESTABLISHMENT OWNER may limit the use of the service, interrupt it, and even block access to certain services or domains in order to protect the network or prevent illegal activities.

Exclusion of guarantees and liability

THE ESTABLISHMENT OWNER is not liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that could be caused to the USER’s computer system (hardware and software), lack of network availability, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs. Nevertheless, THE ESTABLISHMENT OWNER places itself at the disposal of all USERS, authorities, and security forces to actively collaborate in the event that any illegal use of the network is detected. Should the USER consider that there is any use that could be illegal, we request that you contact us.

Personal Data Protection

To access the WI-FI network service, it may be necessary for the USER to provide us with some personal data, such as the IP, MAC address, or name of the device that will use said network and/or the username or alias to register.

The ESTABLISHMENT OWNER will process this personal data required in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as detailed in the Privacy Policy of its website or on the information poster placed in a visible spot in the establishment. However, we provide the following BASIC INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING below:

Acceptance of use conditions

By using the WI-FI network, the USER accepts these terms of use without reservation and understands that failure to comply with them may result in the cancellation of the right to use the WI-FI network and the assumption of any legal penalties that may arise.
