Reception Hours:

– Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to Midnight

– Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM

– Sundays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

We offer two ways to check in on your arrival day.

  • Personalized check-in with our receptionist during the hours listed above.
  • Check-in via our convenient and fast 24-hour Self-Check-in Kiosk.

Rooms are available for check-in starting at 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.

If you need an early check-in, please contact us and we will check if your room is ready for access.

How does the self-check-in at Hotel Real de Illescas work?

It’s very simple!

Just follow the instructions on the kiosk’s touchscreen as explained below:

Self-check-in with a reservation:

Access the Self-Check-in entrance outside the hotel using the code we will send you on the day of your arrival.

Example: 1234 ✓

Once inside, follow these steps on the machine:

  1. Select WITH RESERVATION and press ACCEPT. Follow the instructions on the touchscreen.
  2. Enter the LAST NAME used for the booking and press ✓.
  3. Enter your BOOKING REFERENCE or RESERVATION NUMBER.
  4. Scan your ID or PASSPORT and press NEXT.
  5. Pay for your reservation with a CREDIT CARD. Cash payments are not accepted at the kiosk.
  6. Collect your key card from the machine. This card will open the main and secondary doors by holding it against the numeric keypad, as well as your room door by placing it near the lock. The numeric keypad in the kiosk lobby is located on the wall to the left of the machine. By holding the card against the numbers on the keypad, the automatic door will open. The elevator is located at the end of the reception area. The machine will print a receipt indicating your room number.
